Investors
VFIntel is the financial system of record for the rental economy: one connected record of money, insurance and identity behind every lease, that every side of a rental can trust and act on. It verifies the renter once, then keeps verifying every month. It collects the rent by bank transfer and splits one payment to the landlord, the insurer and the utility. It puts the required insurance in place at signing. With the renter's permission it reports the rent, so it builds credit. It keeps the rules by province and state. And when an outside system asks, it answers with permission, and says no with the reason.
Replace paper with proof.

The story in five

One
Five parties carry risk at every lease, the renter, the landlord, the bank, the insurer and the credit company, and none of them can see what the others know.

Two
AI now produces a perfect pay stub, bank statement or reference in seconds, so the documents everyone relied on prove nothing.

Three
VFIntel replaces documents with proof: one connected record of money, insurance and identity behind every lease, written when the money actually moves.

Four
What AI cannot cheapen is permission to operate, records written when the money moves, and the trust of five parties in one account of the truth.

What is different

Payments, banking, insurance, credit, identity and rental rules in one company, working alongside regulated partners in each. The standing and the agreements take years. The screens take months.

Every payment, policy and application is checked first. When the answer is no, the reason and the proof come with it. No AI in that decision.

Identity earned month after month from rent that actually moved, not a document checked once. The longer it runs, the harder it is to copy.

Identity and deposit warranties that exist because the renter is verified continually. New products for insurers, new reasons for landlords to choose us.

Where we are
VFIntel is built and running on test data. It is not yet connected to the payment network, because the banking agreements carry capital requirements that are met when the round closes. Deployment begins on close, with property managers and their renters first, in Q4 2026.
